The present invention relates to a register file reconstruction method and a device thereof. The register file reconstruction method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: providing a renamed table; and recording fragment information relevant to a source register for a command in the renamed table. The fragment information includes the information regarding one or more generators of the source register.
