A mold close retaining structure of the present invention allows a product to be molded in an inner space of a cavity (3) of a mold (14) during molding by inserting the product into the inner space of the cavity (3) of the mold (14) and includes a retaining unit (20) which applies elastic force supporting the mold (14) by being installed on at least one side of the mold among at least one pair of mold forming plates which form the mold (14) when molding materials are molded by inserting the molding materials into the cavity (3) of the inner space of the mold (14). A molding machine includes: a motor (12) which is installed at a machine body (10); a pair of retaining link parts (24) which are installed at the machine body (10) in order to be rotated while being connected to a motor shaft of the motor (12) and are arranged at both sides based on the motor (12) in order to be symmetrized; a pair of mold plates (16) which are arranged at the machine body (10) in order to face each other and are formed in order to be close to or be apart from the machine body (10); and a retaining unit (20) which is arranged at a position facing each other in order to form the mold (14) by being connected to the retaining link parts (24) and the mold plates (16) and applies elastic force in order to maintain the close state of the mold (14) when molding materials are molded by inserting the molding materials into the cavity (3) of the inner space of the mold (14) arranged between the mold plates (16).
