The device (V) has an inner mass filling machine (F) provided with a first drive (A1) and a first pump (P1) for internal dimensions. A control unit (CU) is coupled with the first drive. An inner mass supply (3) is attached to the inner mass filling machine. A co-extrusion unit (4) is coupled to a second drive (A2). A second pump (P2) conveys external dimensions to the co-extrusion unit. The second drive of the second pump is integrated into the inner mass filling machine for the external dimensions. Third and fourth drives and third and fourth pumps are linked with the control unit.
