a housing comprising a groove extending circumferentially about an exterior surface of the housing; a plurality of lead receptor channels disposed within the housing, each lead receptor channel comprising at least two lead receptor contacts; a cover hingedly attached to the housing; a base element rotationally attached to the housing; and a conductor cable attached to the housing and extending away from the housing, the base element configured to reel in the conductor cable onto the groove upon rotation of the base element. |
