The present invention relates to a communication system for call processing, a control method and recording medium thereof. According to the present invention, a method for controlling a communication system including an originating IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) network call processing apparatus to process a call connection request of a terminal connected to an IMS network, and a subscriber integrated management server connected to the IMS network and a legacy network to manage subscriber mobility comprises the steps of: allowing the originating IMS network call processing apparatus to transmit a location information request signal to the subscriber integrated management server according to a call connection request received from an originating terminal; allowing the subscriber integrated management server to extract subscriber network information corresponding to a called party according to the location information request signal and to include the extracted subscriber network information in a location information response signal, and to transmit the location information response signal to the originating IMS network call processing apparatus; and allowing the originating IMS network call processing apparatus to transmit a call connection request signal to either a receiving IMS network call processing apparatus or a receiving legacy network call connecting apparatus according to the subscriber network information included in the location information response signal. |
