The product of the present application is different from other current ones in that it is highly soluble and oxidative-ly stable (by micro-encapsulation), it is odorless and flavorless, and can therefore be used by the food industry in food prepara-tions or can be ingested alone. It is a food product with Chia vegetable oil as a source of essential fatty acids. Furthermore, a new simple and effective micro-encapsulation method has been developed for this product, using spray drying under special condi-tions. |
