The present invention relates to a device for separating eggshells. More specifically, eggshells are cut and divided into two sides so that egg liquid contained therein is automatically separated and discharged. The device of the present invention comprises: a body case equipped with an egg adding hole formed on the rear surface of an egg settling unit and an egg liquid discharging hole formed on the front surface thereof; first and second gripping holes which are antonomastically equipped on both sides of the egg settling unit of the body case and slides along guide grooves on the front surface and rear surface thereof so that eggshells are separated by means of a fork; an operating means which is equipped at one side of the body case and converts the rotary movement of the operating motor into a linear movement so that the first and second gripping holes are operated; a first link bar which connects the first gripping hole with the operating means; a second link bar which is equipped at the bottom of the body case and connects the second gripping hole with the operating means; and a third link bar which is horizontally installed at the outside of the rear surface and front surface of the body case and pressurizes the first and second gripping holes so that the fork is penetrated through the eggshells in the egg settling unit. |
