A method of expanding a tubular downhole comprises providing an expansion tool comprising a pair of seals spaced from each other on a body, positioning the tubular and the expansion tool in the wellbore, pressurizing the tubular between the seals, expanding the tubular, providing a flow path through the body and providing a pre-measured volume of fluid between the seals to obtain a predetermined volume of expansion of the tubular.
