The present invention relates to a recycling method separating food waste into dehydration cake and food waste water. The recycling method comprises the steps of: a waste separation process separating and pulverizing foreign substances contained in the food waste and separating the outcome into the dehydration cake and food waste water through a dehydrator; a food waste disposal process comprising a dehydration cake treatment vacuum-evaporation-drying the dehydration cake, and a food waste water treatment vacuum-evaporation-drying the food waste water; a fuel molding process molding the dried material generated by the dehydration cake treatment into solid matters such as fuel or fertilizers; a condensing water utility process purifying the condensing water produced by the food waste disposal process and supplying the condensing water as recycling water including heating water; and a waste heat utility process supplying the solid matters molded by the fuel molding process to each process as a heat source. An economical effect can be shown as a result of removal of the food waste by recycling the pellet formed molded material as fertilizer or livestock feed.
