Disclosed is a small quantity package device which counts and packs multiple tablets or capsules in small quantities. The device comprises: a supply belt which aligns a number of tablets in a row and transports; a rotation unit which adsorbs the tablets transported from the supply belt and moves; a detection means which senses the tablets adsorbed on the outer circumference of the rotation unit; a control unit which receives the sensing result detected by the detection means and calculates the location of the tablets adsorbed from the sensing result; and a separating means which is controlled by the control unit and places a required quantity of the adsorbed tablets on the rotation unit.
