Provided is an IV flow controller which adds a flushing feature to the IV flow controller which controls IV flow provided to a patient through an IV pipe. The IV controller according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a first body unit, a second body unit, a fixing roller, and a driving roller. The fixing roller: is fixed and installed to be rotated by inserting a shaft into a fixing roller groove of the first and second body units; and includes first and second gear units. The driving roller is accommodated between the first and second body units as one part is exposed; and the driving roller controls IV flow by moving along the longitudinal direction of the first and second body units and changing degree of pressurizing the IV pipe towards a tube pressurizing surface when the exposed part is rotated. The driving roller is rotated by cooperating with the first gear unit of the fixing roller by leaving the IV pipe in between from flushing location in order to flush. The second gear unit of the fixing roller can be formed with a ratchet gear; and the second body unit includes a pawl which prevents back lashing by being interlocked with the ratchet gear of the fixing roller. The present invention prevents flushing in reverse direction using the ratchet gear, thereby being able to prevent medical accidents caused by reverse acting of flushing. |
