PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal silicon-based solar battery superior in conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A crystal silicon-based solar battery has a p-type silicon-based layer 41 and a first transparent electrode layer 61 on one side of a conductive type single-crystal silicon substrate 1 which are stacked in this order, and an n-type silicon-based layer 42 and a second transparent electrode layer 62 on the other side of conductive type single-crystal silicon substrate 1 in this order. The p-type silicon-based layer 41 is in direct contact with the first transparent electrode layer 61. The n-type silicon-based layer 42 is in direct contact with the second transparent electrode layer 62. It is preferable that the first transparent electrode layer 61 and the second transparent electrode layer 62 each have a carrier density of 1×10-4×10cm, and a surface free energy of 80 mN/m or more. |
