PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further prolong a life of non-volatile storage means in which data is stored when performing hibernation processing.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: evacuation means 11 for evacuating an image showing a storage content of volatile storage means 13 during power shutdown to non-volatile storage means 14; evacuation control means 11 for allowing the evacuation means 11 to evacuate the image to the non-volatile storage means only when an operation status of the device during power shutdown is at least either of a first operation status in which an editing program having an editing function of the data according to an operation of a user is activated or a second operation status in which a system content of the device is updated after a preceding supply of power; and restoration means 11 for restoring the operation status of the device to a previous operation status during previous power shutdown on the basis of the image when the image evacuated by the evacuation means 11 exists in the non-volatile storage means 14 during previous power shutdown when the power is re-supplied.
