PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging system capable of performing a radiation imaging, while saving an electric power, by securing a sufficient imaging time at an actual imaging time, thereby to reduce the possibility of mis-imaging of failing in the radiation imaging.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging system comprises: a radiation imaging device having a radiation detection unit and a drive unit for driving the radiation detection unit; and a control device for controlling the radiation imaging device. The control device includes: a determination unit for determining whether or not an imaging residual time obtained by calculating a difference by subtracting a lapse time from initialization of the radiation detection unit, from the imaging possible time of a radiation image using the radiation detection unit is equal to or longer than a threshold value; a control unit for changing the operation states of the radiation detection unit and a drive unit in accordance with the result of the decision; and an operation detection unit for detecting an operation instruction to the control unit. |
