PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor that reduces the cost by shortening the calculation duration of a temperature characteristic correction coefficient of a 0 point output, and to provide a temperature characteristic adjustment method of the physical quantity sensor.SOLUTION: The physical quantity sensor includes: a memory for recording a correction coefficient for a 0 point output at a temperature higher than a reference temperature that is calculated on the basis of the 0 point outputs at a plurality of different temperatures lower than the reference temperature; and an operation section for correcting the 0 point output at the temperature higher than the reference temperature on the basis of the correction coefficient recorded in the memory. |
