PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a load is applied to a visual cell and the like when a nearby object is kept watched by an artificial light source and an eye fatigue is generated by the strain of ciliary bodies to become myopia.SOLUTION: The spectacle lens or the contact lens is constituted by two upper and lower regions. The upper region has a refraction frequency focused on a long distance and the lower region has the refraction frequency focused on a nearby distance. These regions are optical filters by which the distribution of a relative light-emitting intensity of an artificial light source is approximated to the distribution of the relative light-emitting intensity of a natural light. In the case of a person whose hyperopia or myopia frequency is N (including 0), the refraction frequency of the upper region lens is ND, and the refraction frequency of the lower region lens is (0.75+N) D to +(2.0+N) D. |
