The present invention relates to a belt disk sander capable of improving the quality of a belt disk sander and efficiently performing the welding work since a belt disk always maintains a tension state. According to the present invention, the belt disk sander comprises a frame having a motor inside, finished by a cover, and fixing a bracket to an upper part to be protruding; a driven pulley fixed to a driving shaft installed in the bracket, and connected by a driving pulley fixed to a motor shaft with a belt to receive power; a sanding frame combined not to interfere in rotation of the driving shaft inside the driving shaft; a driving roller mounted on the driving shaft protruding toward the inside of the sanding frame; a driven roller mounted to connect a belt disk capable of polishing a polishing object with the end of the sanding frame; and a tension adjusting device for preventing the belt disk from meandering while the driven roller constantly maintains a tension state of the belt disk relaxed in a polishing process. |
