PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix viscosities of a polyol component and an isocyanate compound while inhibiting temperature irregularities thereof, to miniaturize an on-site foaming device, to enhance heating efficiencies of the respective components, and to enhance economy.SOLUTION: The respective components of a raw ingredient drum 21A housing a polyol component and a raw ingredient drum 21B housing an isocyanate component are fed into component stocking units 273A and 273B of temperature-adjusted tanks 27A and 27B, discharged from the respective lower portions of the temperature-adjusted tanks 27A and 27B, heated respectively by separate primary heating devices 29A and 29B, and transmitted through secondary heating pipelines 31A, 37A, 31B, and 37B configured to range from the outside of the respective temperature-adjusted tanks to the outside of the temperature-adjusted tanks past the component stocking units 273A and 273B within the temperature-adjusted tanks, whereas, upon configurations of flow channels for the respective components discharged from the respective outlets of the secondary heating pipelines 31A, 37A, 31B, and 37B leading to a mixing and jetting unit 49, the polyol component and isocyanate component are mixed within and jetted from the mixing and jetting unit 49. |
