PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction device, a correction method, and a correction program capable of correcting the CTR (click rate) of distribution information such as advertisement information in accordance with the arrangement position on a display screen in a distribution destination.SOLUTION: A correction device 6 includes: first acquiring means P1 for acquiring an arrangement position L when the advertisement information H disposed in a predetermined page layout 4b is displayed on the display screen of a terminal 2 and a click rate C at the arrangement position L; second acquiring means P2 for acquiring a specific position M in the predetermined page layout 4b that is displayed on the display screen and an attention degree index F indicating the level of the attention degree of the specific position M in comparison with another position; and correcting means P5 for correcting the click rate C of the advertisement information H on the basis of the attention degree index F of the specific position M corresponding to the arrangement position L of the advertisement information H.
