<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a household constitution of a user.SOLUTION: A storage part stores user's power consumption acquired from a sensor device installed in a user's house, household standard power consumption including standard power consumption of each preset predetermined household constitution and power-related service information including information of service related to electric power. An operation part estimates the household constitution of the user on the basis of the household standard power consumption and power consumption acquired from the user, specifies power-related service information suited to the user on the basis of the estimated household constitution, and transmits the specified power-related service information to the user.</p> |
