PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform transmission/reception of a signal by stably arranging an immobilizer antenna and a transponder in close vicinity to each other.SOLUTION: An immobilizer antenna 25 is fixed to a key cylinder 22; a key cap 27 is fitted into a knob part 26b of a key 26; and a transponder is fixed on the lateral side of the fitting part of the key cap 27. The transponder is arranged on the side of the immobilizer antenna 25 with respect to the center of rotation of the key 26 in a state in which the knob part 26b of the key 26 is fitted into the key cap 27.
