PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an unwanted phenomenon which may occur as a solenoid valve is opened and closed.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve includes: a valve body 41 which opens and closes a port part 32 partitioning off a primary side 30 and a secondary side 31; a back pressure chamber 36 which applies back pressure so as to press the valve body against the port part; a bleeding hole 35 which transmits primary pressure on a side upstream from the back pressure chamber to the back pressure chamber; a pilot hole 37 which is provided for the valve body and links the back pressure chamber to the secondary side; a plunger 38 which has a pilot valve body 42 opening and closing the pilot hole; energizing means 43 of energizing the plunger toward the pilot hole; and a coil 39 which separates the plunger from the pilot hole against the energizing force of the energizing means. The time (t) needed from when the pilot valve body closes the pilot hole in valve closing operation until when the back pressure of the back pressure chamber reaches the primary pressure is so set that t≥0.5 sec. |
