PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex type heat exchanger capable of efficiently cooling a high electrical current type appliance while cooling air-conditioning coolant before the same flows into an air-cooled condenser.SOLUTION: A complex type heat exchanger 1 comprises: a sub-radiator 20 which cools cooling water passing through a high electrical current type appliance 3; an air-cooled condenser 40 which is arranged at an upper or a lower side of the sub-radiator 20 and cools an air-conditioning coolant different from the cooling water; and a water-cooled condenser 30 which exchange heat between the cooling water and the air-conditioning coolant. The cooling water cooled by the sub-radiator 20 flows into the sub-radiator 20 through the water-cooled condenser 30 after passing through the high electrical current type appliance 3. The air-conditioning coolant cooled by the water-cooled condenser 30 flows into the air-cooled condenser 40.
