PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure capable of solving a problem with a heat loss in an exterior thermal insulation building.SOLUTION: A ventilation structure of an external thermal insulation building comprises: a column support section (11); a plurality of columns (13) upwardly extended from an upper surface of the column support section; an external thermal insulation panel (31) which is installed with an inner surface (31i) thereof at an interior side arranged along an exterior side of the columns (12 and 13); a floor thermal insulation panel (21) which is installed with an edge section (21e) thereof arranged along the interior side of the columns (12 and 13); and a ventilation spacer (41) which is a member including a thermal insulation material, is arranged between the plurality of columns (12 and 13) in a manner that intervenes between the inner surface (31i) of the external thermal insulation panel and the edge section (21e) of the floor thermal insulation panel, has a lower surface supported by the upper surface of the column support section (11) and has a ventilation passage (43) penetrating from a side face at the exterior side to the side face of the interior side.
