<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic element and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The photovoltaic element includes a combination of semiconductor structures and a protection layer. The combination of the semiconductor structures includes a plurality of side surfaces, and includes a p-n junction, an n-p junction, a p-i-n junction, an n-i-p junction, a double junction or a multiple junction. In particular, the protection layer is formed by coating the plurality of side surfaces of the combination of the semiconductor structures. With this, the protection layer effectively suppresses an induced potential attenuation effect generated by the photovoltaic element.</p> |
