PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus for issuing a command for image processing to an image processing apparatus, which has a technology of regulating a command for image processing unsuitable for the capability of the image processing apparatus.SOLUTION: When a first setting range that can be set in a communication apparatus is the same as a second setting range in which image processing can be executed by an image processing apparatus (S244: YES), instruction data to execute processing by means of the image processing apparatus is output. When the first setting range is different from the second setting range (S244: NO), that is, when the first setting range is smaller than the second setting range, the processing that can be executed by the image processing apparatus cannot be set in the communication apparatus, thereby limiting output of the instruction data. When the first setting range is larger than the second setting range, processing that cannot be executed in the image processing apparatus can be set in the communication apparatus, thereby limiting the output of the instruction data. A command for image processing unsuitable for the capability of the image processing apparatus can be limited, accordingly. |
