PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing load of cash management work on a proceeds manager in a cash processing device.SOLUTION: In a cash processing system, a plurality of registers and a cash processing device for managing coins inserted into the respective registers are connected to each other through a network. Each of the registers comprises: an acceptance unit which accepts an input of start information for starting insertion of coins; a register control unit which outputs register information including the start information accepted by the acceptance unit and showing an insertion status of the coins at the time; and a register communication unit which transmits the register information to the cash processing device. The cash processing device comprises: a display unit for displaying information on the insertion status of proceeds in the register into the cash processing device; a communication unit which receives the register information including the start information from each of the registers; and a control unit which, on the basis of the start information included in each of the register information received by the communication unit, tallies registers into which proceeds is to be inserted in each of the registers and causes the display unit to display the result. |
