PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server which can monitor a condition of the server even when the server does not normally operate due to a failure in a power supply.SOLUTION: A server comprises: a power supply device; a power reception terminal which is connected with a network and receives power supply that is supplied to the network; and a control unit which monitors a condition of the server by receiving power supply from the power supply device or the power supply device and the power reception terminal. When power supply from the power supply device is cut off, the control unit switches power supply paths in order to receive power supply only from the power reception terminal. |
