Disclosed is a high intensity focused ultrasonic wave generating apparatus which can conveniently remove gel left at a lower portion of the apparatus after a surgical operation to always maintain cleanness of the apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided the high intensity focused ultrasonic wave generating apparatus including: a body; a focused ultrasonic wave conversion unit embedded in the body, for irradiating high intensity focused ultrasonic waves to the outside of the body; and a gel removing attachment member detachably provided in the body, for removing the gel residing in the body. |
