The present invention relates to a functional color changeable powder composition for a latent fingerprint detector and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a functional color changeable powder composition for a latent fingerprint detector and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of providing functional color changeable powder with a fluorescent function to easily detect a latent fingerprint by emitting fluorescent light in a UV radiation and adding a function to be easily attached to a sweat element of the latent fingerprint as one detector on a surface which includes various colors of background and non-porous materials to the color changeable powder to detect the latent fingerprint in various conditions in comparison with the existing black and silver powder.
