PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing capable of restraining shortage of oil films on a rolling face of a roller and an outer periphery of a retainer, and restraining seizure of the rolling face of the roller and the outer periphery of the retainer, and to provide a reducer including the roller bearing.SOLUTION: A roller bearing comprises plural rollers 50, and a retainer 60. The retainer 60 has a first annular part 61, a second annular part 62, and plural column parts 63. The retainer 60 has pockets 71, and the roller 50 is housed in each pocket 71. The first annular part 61 has a through hole 72 communicating an outside end face in an axial direction of the first annular part 61 with a portion overlaid on an almost center part of each pocket 71 in the axial direction on an inside end face in the axial direction of the first annular part 61. A groove 73 communicating the through hole 72 with an outer periphery of the first annular part 61 exists at a portion overlaid on the roller 50 in the axial direction. |
