PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supply apparatus of a fine particle-fluid mixture, which is difficult to be restricted by the height of an installation site, and capable of keeping the flow rate of slurry constant without stopping the quantitative supply apparatus of a fine particle-fluid mixture.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a diaphragm pump 2 for feeding slurry A from a reservoir tank 1; a chamber pot 24 for storing the slurry A fed from the diaphragm pump 2 in an internal space 24a and discharging the slurry from the bottom part to the downstream; a pump 26 for feeding gas over the liquid level of the slurry A in the chamber pot 24 so as to apply pressure to the slurry A with the gas; a flow meter 29 disposed downstream the chamber pot 24 for measuring the flow rate of the slurry A; and a flow control valve 30 disposed downstream the flow meter 29 for adjusting the flow rate of the slurry A to the constant flow rate measured with the flow meter 29.
