PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet for a PTP excellent in moisture-proof property, shock resistance and the taking-out property of a capsule and a tablet.SOLUTION: A multilayer sheet for a PTP has: at least one layer of layers (X) consisting of a polyvinyl chloride resin (A) having a thickness of 0.05 mm or more and 0.12 mm or less in an outermost layer; at least one or more layers (Y) consisting of a polyvinylidene chloride resin (B) having a thickness of 0.05 mm or more and 0.15 mm or less in an inner layer; a total thickness of all layers of 0.20 mm or more and 0.32 mm or less; a moisture permeability of 0.35 g/(m24 hours) or less; and strengths of a peak 1 and a peak 2 in a PTP pressing force after forming the PTP of 45 N or more and 60 N or less respectively.
