PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical training machine by which a muscle training action by a different motion between right upper limb and left upper limb may be carried out.SOLUTION: A physical training machine 1 comprises a fixed action part 10, a movable action part 20, a fixed holding part 11 fixed onto the fixed action part 10 and a movable holding part 21 fixed onto the movable action part 20. The physical training machine 1 comprises a motor 12 which is fixed onto the fixed action part 10 and includes a driving axis 13, and a controlling part 14. The motor 12 provides a generated torque as resistance force against rotational force provided by a user to the movable action part 20. When the user rotates the fixed holding part 11 and the movable holding part 21 in an opposite direction with user's both hands, the controlling part 14 provides resistance force against the rotational force of the movable action part 20 by rotating the motor 12. |
