PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product case manufacturing device capable of molding without causing a bend in a blank cut out from a sheet material, and preventing a defect in forming.SOLUTION: A food product case manufacturing device includes: cut-out means for cutting out a blank 11; a palette 60 having a through hole 61 for holding the blank 11; transportation means for inserting the blank 11 cut out by the cut-out means into the through hole 61 of the palette 60; molding means 80 having a molding die 81 and a punch 82 for drawing the blank 11; and sliding means 65 for reciprocating the palette 60 from an embedding position of the blank 11 to a molding position between the molding die and the punch. The through hole 61 of the palette 60 has an inner peripheral surface contacting the outer peripheral edge of the blank 11, and the molding means 80 draws the blank 11 by pressing the punch 82 into the molding die 81 via the through hole 61 of the palette 60 at the molding position.
