PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift to a state in which non-contact communication can be performed when necessary with reduced power consumption.SOLUTION: When operation for opening a cold box is detected in a state of a silent 2 mode for not performing transmission of an event signal or reception of a command signal, an active communication unit 4 causes the active communication unit 4 to shift to either a normal mode for transmitting an event signal and, when receiving a command signal corresponding to the event signal, transmitting information corresponding to the command signal or a silent 1 mode for only performing reception of a command signal. |
