<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble detecting device which detects whether bubbles are generated or not.SOLUTION: The bubble detecting device includes: a vibrator 10 which converts a first electric signal 23 that is a pulse of a predetermined cycle into an ultrasonic wave, transmits the ultrasonic wave to a bubble to be measured, receives a reflection wave from the bubble and converts the reflection wave into a second electric signal 24; a bubble generating device 50; a vibrator 15 which converts a first electric signal 33 into an ultrasonic wave, transmits the ultrasonic wave to the bubble to be measured, receives a reflection wave from the bubble and converts the reflection wave into a third electric signal 34; and a control device 20a which generates the first electric signals 23 and 33, drives the vibrators 10 and 15, calculates a difference between the second electric signal 24 and the third electric signal 34, integrates the calculated difference for a predetermined time to calculate a value of integral and detects the presence/absence of bubbles in accordance with a difference between the value of integral and a preset threshold value.</p> |
