The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an air hose of an air supply apparatus for respiratory protection. The method of manufacturing the air hose (7) of the air supply apparatus (1) for respiratory protection includes: preparing a core tube (21) to form an air flow route from an air container (3) to a mask (5) (S10); electrically connecting one end directed to the air container (3) of the air hose (7) to the other end directed to the mask (5) by arranging an electric wire (25) on a surface of the core tube (21) (S20); and overlapping and molding a sheath tube (23) around the core tube (20), in which the electric wire (25) is arranged (S30). Therefore, by manufacturing the air hose in a double tube form, durability can be improved, inconvenience of usage or damage to the exterior of the air hose due to the electric wire can be prevented, and the coupling strength of the electric wire with respect to the air hose is improved while lowering the danger of disconnection of the electric wire. In addition, the sheath tube is simply and securely manufactured by extrusion and vulcanization so that the manufacturing efficiency and quality of the air hose can be improved. |
