PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing having high hardness and porcelain enamel appearance and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The housing contains a base material, a ground layer formed on a surface of the base material sequentially, a transition layer and a color layer. The ground layer is a Ti-M layer, the transition layer is an oxide layer, the color layer is a titanium aluminum nitride layer, M is one of chromium, aluminum and silicon, the oxide layer is an alumina layer, zirconium oxide or a silicon dioxide layer. The invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the housing including a process of providing the base material and a process of coating on a top surface of the base material sequentially with the ground layer which is the Ti-M layer, the transition layer which is the oxide layer and the color layer which is the titanium aluminum nitride layer by a vacuum deposition method. |
