PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency device capable of easily adjusting impedance and reducing transmission loss.SOLUTION: In the high frequency device including a substrate 51 mounting a plurality of circuit components for performing signal processing of an inputted high frequency signal and outputting a high frequency signal of a preset frequency, each of impedance adjustment members 7 is attached to each core wire (rod-like conductor) 43 configured so as to be projected from a connector terminal to the substrate 51. The impedance adjustment member 7 is composed of a conductive elastic body configured by notching a part of a ring and is detachably attached to the core wire 43 by expansion/contraction of notch width based on the elasticity. Thereby, impedance can be adjusted by a simple method for fitting the impedance adjustment member 7 to the core wire 43, and since a matching circuit for impedance adjustment is made unnecessary, a transmission line can be shortened and generation of transmission loss can be suppressed.
