PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency amplifier circuit capable of reducing the number of wirings.SOLUTION: A high frequency amplifier circuit includes: a demultiplexing section that demultiplexes a part of input signals; a detector that detects a demultiplexed input signal; a power switch circuit that is driven by an output of the detector; a high-frequency amplifier that is on-off controlled by an output of the power switch circuit and amplifies an input signal from the demultiplexing section. As the demultiplexing section, at least one of a directional coupler with a resonance section installed along an input line and a distributor is selected.
