PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device that can prevent staining of a print caused in transferring by keeping constantly a surface of an impression cylinder clean and can also resolve various malfunctions by eliminating the need for a contacting and separating mechanism.SOLUTION: A stencil printing device 100 comprises: a sheet member supply portion 7 that supplies an impression cylinder 66A with a sheet member 150 having a size enough to cover a predetermined range of an outer peripheral face of the impression cylinder 66A and also having flexibility; winding means (a front clamp 130 of the sheet member and a rear clamp 131 of the sheet member or the like) for winding the sheet member 150 around the impression cylinder 66A; and a sheet discharging member collecting portion 8 provided with a sheet discharging member roller unit 110 for separating and collecting the sheet member 150 from the outer peripheral face of the impression cylinder 66A and a sheet discharging member box 113 that stores the sheet member 150. The stencil printing device allows continuous printing on a printing sheet 56 while keeping winding the sheet member 150 around the outer peripheral face of the impression cylinder 66A and does not have contacting and separating means for contacting and separating the impression cylinder 66A with and from a printing drum 60.
