Control valve is arranged downstream said flow rate meter and communicated therewith to be controlled in compliance with preset dosage. Feeder to feed carrier gas in line between control valve and batching point. Extra store tank can be fitted in parallel. Store tanks can be connected/disconnected by relief valves.
