FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Steel strip cast at two-roll machine and hot rolled containing the following elements in wt %: over 0.25%-1.1% of carbon, 0.40-2.0% of manganese, 0.05-0.50% of silicon, less than 0.01% of aluminium. Strip mechanical properties at reduction of 10% and 35% stay at 10% for yield point, breaking point and elongation. Hot rolled strip is coiled at 550-750°C to obtain the structure including perlite, bainite and needle-type ferrite, as well it can comprises at least 5% of polygonal ferrite. Content of free oxygen in melted steel for strip casting can vary between 5 and 50 mlnor between 25 and 45 mln.EFFECT: higher strength.14 cl, 8 dwg |
