FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a zone of processing with gas for processing packages with gaseous sterilising agent, an inlet means for insertion of the agent to the processing zone, and a conveyor for transportation of the packages through the processing zone. The device additionally comprises the separating means located in the zone of processing with gas, for separating at least the upper part of the zone of processing into subzones. Each of the separating means has an opening for the passage of packages, and each of at least several inlet means is located for providing a flow of gaseous sterilising agent in the opening of the corresponding one of the separation means. The method comprises insertion of the gaseous sterilising agent in the processing zone and transportation of the packages through it. Transportation of the packages is carried out through a plurality of separation means located in the processing zone, for separating the upper part of the processing zone into subzones and providing the flow direction for the agent to the openings of several separation means.EFFECT: group of inventions provides enhancement of quality of sterilisation.17 cl, 5 dwg |
