The present invention relates to a system for issuing a waiting number ticket using a smartphone. More specifically, the system enables a user to directly select a waiting number of a desired business place in a certain place (building) using a location-based service of a smartphone so that the waiting number can be designated in a distance right before the arrival to the corresponding business place to be displayed in a screen of the smartphone, to issue a waiting number ticket, or to guide the expected waiting number arrival time, thereby reducing the waiting time. Furthermore, the system enables a center for managing the business place to manifestly identify preregistered customer information and customer visit information by each business place by downloading a waiting number application, thereby managing the business place based on objective materials, additionally providing points or free gifts to the customers who request the waiting number, and consequently bringing effects of activating sales. According to the present invention, the user can manage the waiting time until the arrival as the expected waiting number arrival time can be guided to the user, thereby allowing effective time management. |
