PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device that is miniaturized and exerts excellent performance.SOLUTION: In a quartz resonator 1, a first electrode pattern 13a extending from a first excitation electrode 13 of a first vibration arm 12a is connected with a first electrode pad 18 on a main surface 11b of a base 11, a first drawing-around pattern 18a extending from the first electrode pad 18 is drawn around on a main surface 11e of the base 11 via a side surface 11d of a second end 11c of the base 11, a second electrode pattern 14a extending from a second excitation electrode 14 of a second vibration arm 12b is connected with a second electrode pad 19 on a main surface 11e of the base 11, a second drawing-around pattern 19a extending from the second electrode pad 19 is drawn around on a main surface 11b of the base 11 via a side surface 11f of a first end 11a of the base 11, the first electrode pad 18 is fixed to an internal terminal 24a via conductive adhesive 30, and the region of the second electrode pad 19 which overlaps with the first electrode pad 18 in planar view and an internal terminal 24b are connected by a metal wire 40. |
