<p>Disclosed are a flexible epicardial ECG electrode chip and a preparation method thereof, wherein the electrode chip comprises a flexible base, an electrode unit, an electrode lead, a lead connection point and an insulating layer, with the electrode unit, the electrode lead and the lead connection point all being arranged on the flexible base to achieve an electrical connection therebetween, the insulating layer being arranged on the flexible base and covering the electrode lead, and the electrode unit and the lead connection point not being provided with an insulating layer on the surfaces thereof. The above-mentioned electrode chip is an electrode array formed by arranging a plurality of electrode units, which chip has a minimum spatial resolution on a micron scale, a good softness and deformability, and can be attached to the surface of the heart and adapted to the change of the heart surface profile, which may both guarantee the electrode and a target area on the surface of the heart to form a good attachment and effectively avoid damage, such as extrusion, scratches and the like, caused by the electrode during a cardiac motion. The electrode chip can be used to qualitatively diagnose a heart disease and precisely position a lesion, providing an objective basis for a targeted treatment.</p> |
