PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for suppressing metrorrhagia associated with uterine fibroid and, more specifically to provide a therapeutic agent for hypermenorrhea associated with uterine fibroid, a therapeutic agent for menostaxis associated with uterine fibroid, and a therapeutic agent for anemia associated with uterine fibroid.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a medicine for suppressing metrorrhagia associated with uterine fibroid which contains one selected from the group consisting of dienogest and a solvate thereof.
