METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR USER ACCEPTABILITY

A system and method for providing a measure of confidence of acceptability of a user as an input for receiving data identifying a user and a graphical control unit arranged to present to the user a graphical control. The control comprises a lower level, upper level and pointer moveable between the upper and lower levels. The graphical control unit initially presents the pointer at a position between the upper and lower level, the upper level being determined according to a trust rating. A user makes selections on the control including a final position and interim positions of the pointer. An output asserts the selections made by the user to a confidence calculation unit to determine a measure of confidence of the acceptability of the user.
